The Regulation created civil courts such as the Provincial Court, the District Judge’s Court, the Subordinate Judge’s Court, and the Court of Munsif, in addition to the Judicial Commissioner’s Court and the Small Causes Courts established by the Provincial Small Causes Courts Act of 1887. According to the Regulation, the Judicial Commissioner was to make appointments to and removal or suspension from the offices of pisional judge, district judge, and subordinate judge, and the Local Government was to make appointments to and removal or suspension from the post of Munsif.
