The State Bank of Pakistan is looking for young, educated, and energetic people from all across Pakistan (including AJK and Gilgit Baltistan) to apply for the job of Assistant Director OG-2 under the State Bank Officers Training Scheme 25th Batch.

Age Restrictions:

The maximum age for these occupations is 26 years. Female candidates, transgender people, minorities, and candidates from Northern  Areas, Baluchistan, Azad Jammu Kashmir, and Gilgit Baltistan areas, which were previously part of FATA will all have their ages reduced by three years.

Candidates must have a Master’s, Bachelor’s, or equivalent degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Economics, Commerce, Finance, Statistics, Data Sciences, Actuarial Sciences, Accounting, Computer Sciences, Information Systems and Technology, Mathematics, Human Resource Management, Agriculture Management, Islamic Banking & Finance, Law, Media & Culture Studies, Philosophy, and Psychology with at least 60% marks.

Packages of Compensation:

Trainees will be given a monthly stipend of Rs. 41,000 during the Training Program. Candidates who finish this training program successfully will be employed as Assistant Director OG-2 at the State Bank of Pakistan, with a monthly remuneration of Rs. 82,000/-.

Pre-Induction Training:

Following the completion of all procedures, including medical and psychological examinations and proof of completed educational documents, the selected candidates will be required to participate in Applied Focused Theoretical Training as Trainees at the National Institute of Banking and Finance (NIBAF), Islamabad. Trainees who complete the program and qualify for it will be appointed as Assistant Directors at SBP (OG-2).
